Living @ Polo Club II
Mostly urban professionals, residents can often be seen whipping up a meal on the communal BBQs in the summertime, and then chillin’ with a glass of wine (plastic glass) while enjoying the beautiful sunset over St. Michael's College. If you like to sun tan, the Polo Club II deck is your ideal location, given its western exposure.
Throughout the year there are also various other activities such as the Building’s Summer BBQ, the Holiday Wine and Cheese Party, and monthly Movie Nights put on by the Polo 2 Community Association. The movies are free to residents and there's free pop corn.
Other popular spots for residents to hang out in the building include the fully equipped gym, the billiard room, our newly renovated lobby, and our Community Garden. Meeting rooms and party rooms are also available on a reservation basis.
Polo Club II is very transit accessible. There are 3 subway lines within a five minute walk (Bay station, Wellesley station, and Museum station). The downtown Bay street bus is also just right at our door.
Polo Club II is steps away from Bloor Yorkville, the Gay Village, U of T, Queen’s Park, College Park, and the Annex. Nothing could be more convenient!
